• Description:
• The subject of the fulfillment of this public order is to carry out regular extermination in the buildings under the management of the representative office in property matters (according to the customer only) in the following scope:
  Arel Spdovho skladu at the address Holasick 1770/63, Opava area of ​​approx. 2,852 m2, with installation and maintenance of 54 extermination stations,
  Arel gar at the address Bezinov 6, Opava with the installation and maintenance of 6 extermination stations.
  Pest control will be carried out twice a year (in the spring and in the fall), depending on the customer's instructions.
  The contractor undertakes to carry out all activities at his own expense, risk and responsibility, in his own name, on a day, professionally and in accordance with with the first regulations, especially with the law. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and executive orders.
  In particular, the following preventive (protective) measures are subject to payment:
  professional disposal of biting rodents (rats, mice, roaches),
  removal and ecological disposal of dead bodies (cadaver),
  recommended precautions and methods of prevention rodents break into buildings,
  draw attention to technical deficiencies allowing rodents to enter the building,
  safety marked place with used warning, including the necessary data (date of extraction, name and contact data of the manufacturer of the company),
  if necessary, a guard is also placed outside the object.
  The bid price for the above activities will be the price for the complete execution of one extermination process, including all related costs.
  The price must include, in particular:
  capital expenditure and labor,
  transport and transportation of female employees,
  expenses for the use of materials and traps (including pest control box),
  liquidation of removed materials and carcasses,
