- Subject of the public contract:
-Insurance of the contracting authority in the case of liability established by law for damage caused to another in connection with a legitimately performed activity resulting from the subject of the contracting entity's business listed in the commercial register or with the relationships of the contracting entity resulting from this activity, including the liability of the contracting authority as a rail transport operator on national and regional railways and including liability for damage caused by a product defect."operation of national railways and related activities carried out by the operator", "operation of regional railways", "operation of a railway transport route in the public interest", or relations of the contracting authority resulting from this activity are excluded from insurance.
