- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the educational services implemented on the basis of the Framework Agreement concluded in accordance with § 124 of the Act with three candidates for the performance of this public contract specified in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation entitled "Specification of the subject of the public contract".
Exact parameters of educationcourses are not known at the moment and will be continuously refined based on the requirements of the contracting entity's member entities (natural persons, self-employed persons and legal entities). More detailed requirements for performance, including other documents, are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation entitled "Specificsubject of the public contract" is a demonstrative list of educational courses falling within the scope of the public contract.
