- The procurement procedure is carried out for the purpose of concluding a contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, the subject of which is the processing and/or provision in particular of:
a) project documentation of all required stages as specified in more detail in the draft contract within the scope of applicable legislation;
b) comprehensive andengineering activities - services for obtaining all necessary decisions, consents and permits as specified in the draft contract; c) copyright supervision as specified in the draft contract;
d) cooperation in the selection of the construction contractor;
e) other partial performance defined in the proposalu smlouvy.
