- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the continuous supply of foodstuffs from the category of colonials (CPV codes 1541, 1542, 1543, 1561, 1562, 1582-1589, 0321), which are specified in Annex No. 2 (Specification of the subject of performance - Price offer) of this Call, to individual establishments and canteens of CTU, specified inAppendix No. 3 (List of fulfillment locations, including contacts), including transport to these establishments and canteens. Annex No. 2 lists the individual items that will be supplied on an ongoing basis for the duration of the public contract, based on individual orders, according to the needs of the contracting authority. Quantity of individual items according to attachmentsy No. 2 of the Challenges is only indicative. The contracting authority is authorized to remove a smaller or larger quantity without affecting the unit price, while it is authorized not to remove some items at all.
