- Description:
- The subject of this public contract is the provision of services - execution of maintenance work in the c.ú. Tlumačov na Moravě, village of Tlumačov, ORP Otrokovice, Zlín Region - felling of trees with gradual lowering of the crown and trunk, collection of attacked branches from riverbeds and banks edges of HOZ and adjacent land, including ecological disposal of unusable wood in accordance with Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll., as amended, chemical treatment of tree stumps against overgrowth. Usable wood material obtained by felling trees on land in property of the state and the competence to manage the SPÚ will be bought by the contractor of maintenance works, the contractor will offer a price for 1 m3, this offer will be binding. The work will be carried out on 1 waterworks construction object - the main drainage facility (HOZ) in its total length 0.290 km, to ensure the operability and restore the functionality of the HOZ in state property and the jurisdiction to manage the SPÚ.
