Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the field of cultural and social development of the University Hospital Bulovka (hereinafter referred to as "FNB") through Cafeteria (hereinafter referred to as "Cafeteria System" or also as a "system") to draw employee benefits through contributions from the Fund of Cultural and Social Needs, in full compliance with Act No. 218/2000 Coll., On Budgetary Rules and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Budgetary Rules") and the Ministry of Finance No. 114 / 2002 Coll., On the Fund of Cultural and Social Needs, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "FKSP"), especially in the field of culture, sport, education, recreational and health care. The drawing of employee benefits will take the form of points allocated to individual employees of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "Cafeteria points"), which will use according to their wishes, interests and needs
