- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of cables by the client, including transport to the destination. The exact specification of the performance of this public contract results from Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
The contracting authority will conclude a Framework Purchase Agreement on the basis of this procurement procedure, with one (1) selected toby the donor. The framework purchase agreement will be concluded for a fixed period, namely for a period of 48 months from the date of its effectiveness or until the financial limit of CZK 44,000,000 excluding VAT is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Individual deliveries will be made on the basis of partial contracts (orders)specified in more detail in the Framework Purchase Agreement.
