Description: The subject of the public contract is the planning, implementation and purchase of media space for media campaign in online and print media to promote the operational program Research, Development and Education (hereinafter referred to as "OP VVV") according to the technical specifications of the contracting authority. The subject of performance in the purchase of media space is cooperation with the media agency, which on the basis of the specifications of the contracting authority, reserves and subsequently purchases media space for the contracting authority and provide advertising (advertising) on the Internet and in print. Part of the performance is also the preparation of the final report on the implemented media campaign, which will be able to fulfill the content of the subject. The message annex will be copies of the realized outputs (or. Carriers with copies of advertising outputs). For each implemented advertising output, it will be intervented in the target group in trp units, with the method of calculating and resources from which the calculation follows.
