• It is the purchase of sheet metal, unproven garages mounted from wall sheet metal parts, including assembly on free concrete surfaces in VTM Lešany and LM Kbely. (hereinafter referred to as "goods") according to the "specification of the required goods" specified in Annex 1delivery to the buyer to the place of performance pursuant to Article V paragraph 5.3 of the draft contract. The purchase price of the goods including VAT, and including the delivery of the goods to the place of performance.Including "binding price offer". The contracting authority is entitled to return the invoice before expiry- The tax document must indicate them. The Provider is obliged to repair or newly produce the tax document. By returning an invoice - the tax document ceases to run the original due date and runs again from the beginning of its re -delivery to the contracting authority. The contracting authority does not provide advance payments.The completeness of the service will be carried out at the place of performance upon receipt of the service. The price offered is the final price and includes all costs of the provider and is unchanged throughout the duration of the contractual relationship.It will only evaluate the offer of suppliers that meet the requirements referred to in the "Specifications of Required Goods" and the requirements for qualifications referred to in Article 3.1 of this tender documentation.They decide to evaluate the offers and the supplier is bound by it throughout the performance. In the case of submission of the bid price from the non -payer of the VAT, its bid price without VAT is the final price, ie it is not regulated (not calculated). This proposal must complete the supplier, signby an authorized person and return it as an attachment. Fill in the unit prices in Annex 2 of the draft Purchase Agreement "Binding Promotion". Include all costs associated with the performance of the contract in these prices.
