- This is the purchase of boxes with lids and flaps listed and specified in the table to secure packaging, distribution and storage of printing products and topographic maps. In addition to the price offer, please attach the completed order proposal with price calculation of goods, as well as an affidavit according to the attached pattern and extract from OR, SKD, SKD, VAT entities, etc., not older 90 days. Affective statement of compliance with the required dimensions, material, bonding and packaging for item 1. Product sheets for items 2-5 (can be replaced by an Internet link).
