Description:
The subject of this public contract is the implementation of the construction of roads and utilities in the locality Berlin 2, in the cadastral area of Frydek, as well as "construction". The construction will be carried out according to the scope and content of the documentation of the construction, as well as the "PCB", the processed company DPPPLAN s.r.o., with its registered office at the Přemyslids 462/6, Ostrava - Marianske Hory, 709 00 in the period 01/2025. Processed project documentation solves the proposal of roads and utilities for future social services facilities and mass housing houses in Frydek-Mistek on parts of the area of 204 (Nova settlement locality) defined by the zoning plan. Within this The investment project will be built by new roads and sidewalks. This building will also include the realization of new public lighting, water supply, sewage and rainwater sewer and their connections. Furthermore, cable protective systems will be made for future electronic communications networks and Hot pipeline. A new retention tank will be realized for rainwater disposal.
