- The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract") is to ensure the function of the construction manager and the technical supervision of the builder within the above-limit public contract for construction work entitled: "Construction No. 45029 Rek. enough. Industrial Palace; contractor" (hereinafter referred to as "construction").
The construction will be realished in accordance with the Conditions of Contract for Construction in the Czech translation Contractual conditions for the construction of civil and engineering structures designed by the client (the so-called Red Book), drawn up by the FIDIC federation, First Edition from 1999, Czech translation CACE 2015.
Tender procedure for prior publicationnew contract with a similar subject of performance was cancelled. The client was thus forced to ensure the provision of the construction manager's services at least temporarily. The subject of this public contract thus also includes the preparation and taking over of the agenda from the existing temporary provider.
