Description:
The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor "Construction No. 44544 Terminal Smichovske nadraži" based on the documentation for the selection of the contractor prepared by SUDOP PRAHA a.s. with registered office at Olšanska 2643/1a, 130 80 Prague 3, Žižkov, IČO: 257 93 349. This is the construction of the new transport terminal Nadraži Smichov, which consists of the construction of 3 sub-units: a) the bus station building and P+R, including their connection to Dobřišska Street (unit "A"); b) the platform of the terminal above the track, including its connection to Nadražni street and the modification of the existing buildings of Smichovskeho nadraži (objective whole "B"); and c) improvement of the forecourt of the railway station (Nadražni Street) (subject entity "C"); all according to the tender documentation and their annexes ("construction" or "work"). The above-mentioned units will form Sections and will be built and put into operation gradually.
Today, there are two large transfer terminals in the Smichov area public transport Smichovske nadraži and Na Knižeci. The capital city of Prague decided to build one large terminal, Nadraži Smichov, which will replace the Na Knižeci bus station.
The existing Smichovske nadraži is already one of the most important transfer nodes of the Prague Integrated Transport, in the future however, further significant growth in the importance of this terminal is expected. The new Nadraži Smichov will include suburban and long-distance railway stations, metro stations, tram stations, urban and suburban bus, trolleybus, electric bus lines. Further remote bus...
