• Building No. 44544 Terminal Smíchovské nádraží; construction work The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor "Construction No. 44544 Terminal Smíchovské nádraží" based on the documentation for the selection of the contractor prepared by SUDOP PRAHA a.s. with headquarters in Olšanská 2643/1a, 130 80 Prague 3, Žižkov, IČO: 257 93 349. This is the construction of the new transport terminal Nádraží Smíchov, which consists of the construction of 3 sub-assemblies: a) the bus station and P+R building, including their connection to Dobříšská Street (asset "AND"); b) the platform of the terminal above the track, including its connection to Nádražní Street and the modification of the existing buildings of Smíchovského nádraží (subject entity "B"); and c) improvement of the forecourt of the railway station (Nádražní Street) (subject entity "C"); all according to the tender documentation and their attachments ("construction" or "work"). The above-mentioned units will form Sections and will be built and put into operation gradually. Today, there are two large public transport transfer terminals in the Smíchov area - Smíchovské nádraží and Na Knížecí. Capital Prague has decided to build one large terminal, Nádraží Smíchov, which will replace the Na Knížecí bus station. The existing Smíchovské nádraží is already one of the most important interchanges of the Prague Integrated Transport, but in the future it is expected another significant increase in the importance of this terminal. The new Nádraží Smíchov will include suburban and long-distance railway stations, metro stations, tram stations, city and suburban buses...
