- The subject of the awarded public order (hereinafter referred to as "Construction no. 42837 Reconstruction of the Gymnasium of Prof. J. Patočka; designer") is:
a) making a study of the construction stages, incl. estimate of construction costs,
b) preparation of documentation for the issuance of a joint permit (territorial
decision and building permit) in the sense of usimplementation of § 94 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act), as amended, incl. compilation of a preliminary (orientational) construction budget,
c) creation of project documentation for construction implementation in the scope of
documentation for awarding a public contract for construction works in terms of
provision of § 92 paragraph 1 letter a) ZZVZ and list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements in accordance with the provisions of § 92 paragraph 1 letter b) ZZVZ,
d) performance of copyright supervision during construction in the sense of the provisions of § 152, paragraph 4
of the Construction Act,
e) performance of engineering (procurement) activities for issuing withhealth permit in the sense of § 94j et seq. of the Building Act, to building No. 42837 Reconstruction of the Gymnasium of Prof. J. Patočky.
