Description:
The subject of performance of the contract is the construction work (incl. Changes in use) concern the entire main building, originally serving as a school and additional building. Building modifications will be created on the 1st floor 2 children's groups-1 DS for 12 children (2-6 years) and 2 carers, 1 DS for 6 children (2-6 years) and 1 caring person. ForBoth children's groups will be set up a common hygienic background and a room for dispensing meals. A separate room will be set up for washing and storage of food transport packaging. A separate toilet with an anteroom and a hinder washing is established for employees. Cleaning will be set up for the entire operationchamber with sink. 2 apartments will be made on the 2nd floor. Entry to the 2nd floor is made separately - does not cross with DS operation. In the garden there will be an additional object in which the outdoor classroom for both DS, warehouse cubicles for the needs of the outdoor classroom, 2 warehouse cubs for apartments and 3 covered parking spaces for employeesDS. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the project documentation (Annex 1 ZD), which was prepared in January 2024 as the main designer Ing. Jaroslav Rouš, authorized engineer for land buildings ČKAIT 1003357, IČO: 41001117, registered office: Vejmůvova 316/53, 591 02 Žďar nad Sazavou 2, and blind itemsbudget (Annex 2 ZD).
