Description: The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the apartment building at Husinecká 569/9, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, consisting of conversion to barrier-free apartments, according to project documentation made by VMS Project sro, headquartered by Novorossijská 977/16, 100 00 Prague 10 -vršovice, IČO: 273,94,361, which forms Annex No. 7 ZD and is also the technical conditions of public procurement within the meaning of Section 92 of the Review.
Contracting authority further provides that the scope of construction works is given by the inventory of construction work, supplies and services with the report, which forms Annex No. 8 ZD.
The specific specification of the subject of the public procurement is also listed in Annex 3, ZD - a binding draft contract for the implementation of the public contract and their annexes.
