• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the realization of the length of time defined in the project planning documentation, which was prepared by the company BIZ projekce s.r.o. I: 04927982 and the piloench construction schedule. If there are both pm and non-pm links to specify the supplier or products, or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, this is due to the fact that the specified technical conditions may not be sufficiently precise or comprehensible, and the contracting authority shall have the opportunity to offer an equivalent one for each such reference. Subject public orders will be implemented by the contractor in accordance with generally considered primary regulations, valid SN and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment. In the event that during the execution of the public order, an amendment to any of the above-mentioned regulations becomes valid and effective, app. If another primary regulation relating to the subject of the public contract becomes valid and effective, the supplier is obliged to comply with these new primary regulations and instructions (procedures) when implementing the public contract.
