Description of the contract: The pre -award of the prohibition is to ensure the project documentation for sectors B, C and D for the new towns of the North -East Region Bilin. The contracting authority requires comprehensive services of processing geological, hydrogeological and corrosion survey, ensuring all project work and initiality to profit for the final authority of the building urades for the realization of all necessary documents, mere and surveys. Elaboration of the documentation for the construction of the building, which the customer used as a basis for the selection of the General Contractor of the Building, including the specifications of all needed documents, measures and surveys to the extent necessary for the good fulfillment. I.e. issuance of grounding decision, delivery of complete project documentation in the level of DSP (documentation for the publication of the building permit) in accordance with the instructions of the contracting authority and the grounding of the study, ensuring the investment and administrative activities to ensure the publication of the construction permit.
