- The subject of the public contract is the new building of the information center and the input shelter of Teplice rock, including the connection to the utilities (sewage, rain sewer, water supply, ...). The purpose of the construction is to serve and increase the comfort of visitors to the Teplice rocks.
The object is divided intoIndividual objects:

The client points out that the construction will be realized in the following conditions of the owners of the surrounding real estate:

1. Requirement to restrict construction on 2 May and 6 May 2025 - ofReason for tests, similarly in 2026,
2. Maintaining the main entrance to the school (the possibility of minor restrictions on the entrance staircase, but so that it is always applicable),
3. Construction of the sewer connection during the holidays (will be solved by the local network administrator in cooperation with the construction supplier),
