- The subject of the public contract is the new building of the information center and the input shelter of Teplice rock, including the connection to the utilities (sewage, rain sewer, water supply, ...). The purpose of the construction is to serve and increase the comfort of visitors to the Teplice rocks.

The client points out that the construction will be realized in the following conditions of the owners of the surrounding real estate:
