• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the complete design, possibly also architectural and engineering preparation and the subsequent implementation and commissioning of the work consisting in the delivery of a PV plant on the roof of the building of the association Orel jednota Telnice, at the address Masarykovo nam. 7, 664 59 Telnice. The total output of the PV plant must be at least 34.44 kWpand a battery with a capacity of at least 16.56 kWh, including one inverter. The power plant covers 41.2% of the facility's consumption. The contracting authority requires surplus electricity to be used for domestic hot water heating
  
  The individual technology will meet the general General Acceptability Criteria of FVE - see Appendix No. 10 of this ZD

If during fullyof the public contract, an amendment to one of the above-mentioned regulations will become valid and effective, or another legal regulation relating to the subject of the performance of the public contract becomes valid and effective, the supplier is obliged to comply with these new legal regulations and instructions during the implementation of the public contract (afterstupy).
