Description:
The subject of the public contract is the new building of the background of the children's group in the village Štarnov, providing care for the child pursuant to Act No. 247/2014 Coll., With a capacity of 24 children. The new building will be built in the area of kindergarten on land plots. 183/2 and land 95/3, and 1138 k.u. Štarnov. This is a non -cellar, ground -floor buildingAn irregular ground plan with the farthest dimensions of 14.0x26.1 m, roofed in part with a gable roof with a slope of 30 and with a ridge height +6.674 m from +/- 0.000 and +5.359 m from +/- 0.000 and part of the counter roof with a slope of 3 % and atics height +3.753 m from +/- 0.000. Foundation on foundation passports combinedwith a backing reinforced concrete slab. The main supporting vertical structures will be designed as structures - (peripheral) solved by means of supporting sandwich wooden panels with insulation, internal vertical structures solved by means of wood partition with cladding.
Part of the subject of the Public Procurement is also demolitionSingle -storey extension of the technical part of the kindergarten building in the c.preserved.
