Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the civic amenities in the village of Poříčí near Litomyšl, when within II. Stages will be carried out construction work to the extent for the use of the building. The interior is mainly the design of internal partition walls, insulation, floors, all internal distribution systems (ie heavy -current, low -current, water and sewerage distribution, air conditioning and ventilation), paving, tiles, carpentry elements, ceilings, paintings and paints. The exterior is mainly the design of the facade, plinth part, locksmithing structures, tiles on the terrace, tinsmith elements, sessions of the sidewalk around the building and the formation of the courtyard - parking areas in front of the building. Within the first stage, a gross construction was carried out (ie secure building against rainwater and securing securities - ie fitted openings fillings). The contracting authority points out that the public contract is 2. Stage within a comprehensive project documentation, while the subject of this public contract is only construction work, supplies and services specified in the construction work, delivery and services with the statement of the area.
