• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the work, i.e. the execution of buildings and construction works and related activities. The work will be implemented in the premises of the Tomáš Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín, which is accessible to the public. The campus is located in a built-up part of the city. The work i.e. below the buildings will be used for healthcare. The work is divided into sections 1, 2 and 3. The sections are further divided into buildings: 1st section The scope of the construction is given by the project (project documentation for the execution of the construction from 05/2025) "Building 23 - Reconstruction and extension of the emergency reception and ARIM department" marked in the PD project - 0th stage, prepared by the company Adam Rujbr Architects, s.r.o., ID: 26920522, VAT number: CZ26920522, Botanická 10, 602 00 Brno and by the final decision on planning permission reference no.: R/2025/78616 issued by the Zlín Municipality on 16.7.2025, acquisition of legal power on 2.8.2025. 2nd section The scope of the construction is given by the project (project documentation for the execution of the construction from 09/2025) "B23 - Urgent reception - rotating station" developed by Adam Rujbr Architects, s.r.o., ID: 26920522, VAT number: CZ26920522, Botanická 10, 602 00 Brno and by the final decision on planning permission no.: R/2025/169757/4 issued by the Municipality of Zlín on 1 October 2025, acquisition of legal power on 18 October 2025. 3rd section a) The scope of the construction is determined by the project (project documentation for execution of the construction from 05/2025) "Building 23 - Reconstruction and extension of the emergency department and the ARIM department" marked in the PD project - 1st stage, prepared by Adam Rujbr Architects, s.r.o., ID: 26920522, VAT number: CZ2692...
