- The subject of the public contract is the design of design and construction work for the construction "BUS Elementary School in Uvaly" (hereinafter referred to as "construction" or "work"). It is a new elementary school, including boreholes for heat pumps, modifications of local roads and the establishment of parking spaces, relocation of above -groundHV maintenance, LV and CETIN, water connections, LV connections and public lighting. Part of the public contract also includes other construction work, supplies and services, which are specified in more detail in other volumes ZD. Part of the subject of performance of the public contract does not implement SO 02 NEWtransformer station, only connection of construction to this building building. The contractual relationship with the selected supplier will be based on the "Design & Build" principle, using the "contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and designing - the construction of electrical and mechanical work and ground and engineeringBuildings designed by the contractor ("yellow book"), first edition 1999, published by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Czech translation CACE 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Treaty"). The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the construction, including:
