• The subject of the public order is the supply of 1 piece of electric cargo vehicle of category N1 designed for the transport of the contractor's employees on all land roads and the contractor's cargo, subject to the conditions set out in the invitation. 11/2025 and in writing the instruction for the previous order for the programs co-financed from the SFP R budget (especially point 3.3), complying with the minimum required parameters: - ability to operate on land roads in accordance with valid R legislation, in particular Act . 56/2001 Coll. on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on land of communications and a change in the law. 168/1999 Coll. on continuous liability for code caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of some related laws (Act on continuous liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by law. 307/1999 Coll., as amended by later regulations; - the vehicle must have a valid Prohlen license o conformity proving the approval of the vehicle type, including alternative drive; - it must be a so-called new vehicle.
