- The subject of the performance of this public contract is: I. securing a license to use a software solution to support key processes at Czech Television for a minimum of 15 years; II. provision of related implementation services, including project-type activities control, analysis of processes and their optimization proposal, SW installation, configuration and settings, development of missing functionalities, data migration, testing, training of users and administrators, support of test operation and transition to production operation and processing documentation; III. provision of regular system maintenance services, i.e. provision of new system versions and installation of updates, and system operation support services, i.e. technical support, monitoring and maintenance services, resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring availability and performance/response, troubleshooting (helpdesk) and system optimization a IV. provision of consultations and development based on separate orders during the life cycle of the system.
