Description: The subject of performance of VZ is the processing of professional technical basis, project documentation for the announcement of the construction, respectively. For the issue of a zoning decision for the construction in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Territorial Planning and Building Code (Building Act), and to the extent to be the wording of Annex 1 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “documentation”), the processing of documentation for construction (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”) in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll. and the implementing and related regulations and the tender conditions of the public contract, its complete discussion for the purpose of approval of the project documentation, ensuring author's supervision and securing the person of the OSH coordinator.
