• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is architectural, construction, technical and inspection services, the aim of which is the creation of the necessary stages of project documentation, the securing of a building permit, and other related services for the implementation of the Brno event - reconstruction of the building
  with laundry - EUA.
  Possible signature by contractyou, in the second half of 4/2024.
  1) development of a PD for issuing a building permit;
  2) securing a valid building permit no later than July 31, 2024 and all related permits, decisions, consents and opinions necessary for the construction of the building according to the conditions and requirements set by lawem No. 183/2006;
  3) drawing up a PD for the implementation of the construction by 31.8.2024 at the latest, including a detailed list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and itemized budget signed by an authorized designer, broken down according to the unified price list of construction works in price level not wedsheets than by 2024 in the form of an award-winning list of works.
