- The subject of the public contract is architectural, construction, technical and inspection services, the aim of which is the creation of the necessary stages of project documentation, securing a building permit by 31.7.2024, copyright supervision and other related services for the implementation of the Brno event - reconstruction of the buildingwith a laundry room EUA
The contractor will prepare the subject of the work in accordance with the Conditions for drawing investment support Call No. NPO 2/2022 Reducing the energy intensity of buildings of organizational units of the state and the Application for a subsidy under the title NPO 2/2022 including all application annexes, so that in no case, it didn't happen for any reasonto the threat of obtaining a subsidy.
The contractor will further incorporate into the subject of the work all elements for fulfilling the obligation to ensure energy management (hereinafter also "EM") and recording energy consumption according to the Rules for applicants and recipients of support. That is secondary meters for recording energy consumptione for heating, energy consumption for lighting, hot water consumption and energy consumption for cooling.
The contractor will also incorporate all safety elements and necessary low-current distributions into the subject of the work according to the requirements of the Department of Security and Communication Technologies in order to maintain the standard securedin. - Documents :
