- Delivery of implementation documentation of the technological part, technologies including transport, installation, commissioning, performance test and trial operation, training of the Client's personnel, delivery of documentation of the actual implementation of the technological part, and delivery of implementation documentation of the construction parti, the supply of material and construction works, the securing of acceptance approval and the supply of documentation of the actual execution of the construction part, and the fulfillment of warranty and service obligations will be carried out at least to the required extent according to the Client's Technical Specifications and the Client's Project Documentation. He will deliverthe items to be supplied must be new and unused and comply with valid technical, safety and hygiene and other standards and regulations of the Czech Republic.
