- The new building of the LDN pavilion is a rectangular three-storey building with a flat roof, with floor plan dimensions of approx. 41x47 m and a height of 13 m. The LDN building is designed as a steel-concrete skeleton structure based on deep foundations (piles). It is located on the 1st floor social and administrative part, incl. staff facilities (locker rooms, showers), the medical department together with the nursing staff, as well as the technical facilities to ensure the functionality of the entire facility. In the 2nd and 3rd NP there is an identical recurring disposition for clients (patients), when each room has its own hygienic facilities, a toilet with a sink and a shower. There will be 34 rooms with 66 beds in the pavilion. Photovoltaic panels will be located on the roof of the building. Part of the work is connection to the LV distribution, water connection, sewerage. A new heat connection from the gas boiler room of Pavilion E, an oxygen connection and an optical line connection will be made. 13 parking spaces will be built behind the building, including access road improvements, including landscape and garden improvements. A new public will be made lighting in the park area. Access to the construction site will be from Ovocná Street, where an access road to the construction site will be built at the site of the existing exit. The interior equipment is not part of the subject of the public contract, only the coordination of work with the supplier interior.
