- Description:
- The new building of the LDN pavilion is a rectangular three-storey building with a flat roof, with floor plan dimensions of approx. 41x47 m and a height of 13 m. The LDN building is designed as a steel-concrete skeleton structure based on deep foundations (piles). In the 1st floor there is a social and administrative part, incl. background employees (locker rooms, showers), the medical department together with the nursing staff, and further technical facilities to ensure the functionality of the entire facility. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is an identical recurring layout for clients (patients), where each room has its own hygienic facilities, namely a toilet with a sink and a shower. IN the pavilion will have 34 rooms with 66 beds. Photovoltaic panels will be located on the roof of the building.
Part of the work is connection to the LV distribution, water connection, sewerage. A new heat connection from the gas boiler room of Pavilion E, an oxygen connection and an optical line connection will be made. There will be construction behind the building 13 parking spaces, including access road improvements, including landscape and garden improvements. New public lighting will be installed in the park area.
Access to the construction site will be from Ovocna Street, where an access road to the construction site will be built at the site of the existing exit. Interior equipment is not included the subject of the public contract, only the coordination of work with the interior contractor.
