Description:
The subject of the public order is the creation of a complex evaluation software tool including bioinformatic processing of sequencing data, database creation
with the results and development of an application for long-term monitoring of possible sources of nosocomial infections and the occurrence of microorganisms with antibiotics resistance.
The subject of the public contract is the provision of IT and bioinformatics services (hereinafter the "service") for the solution of the BiomGuard project implemented within the subsidy program "Technology and Application Operational Program for Competitiveness" (OP TAK) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
