- Elaboration of biological evaluation pursuant to Section 67 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature and Landscape Protection for the proposed elements of the plan of common facilities in: - cadastral of Charvatka near Martiněves and part of the cadastral area of Mšene - Lazně; - c. For each plan of common devices will be elaborated Separate biological evaluation, based on the requirement of the Regional Authority of the Usti Region, Department of Environment and Agriculture KUUK/128399/2024/ZPZ/PFE for the cadastral area of Charvatka near Martiněves in the part of the Mšene - Spa and Kobuk/030168/2025 for the cadastral area of Martiněves near Libochovice. The extent of the territory for elaboration The biological evaluation is shown in map annexes with the individual elements of the plan of common devices: - field paths VC1 -R, pool 3 and pool 4 for the cadastral area of Charvatka near Martiněves; -limits to2, field roads VC8-R, HC13-R and VC14-R for cadastral martiněves near Libochovice.
