- BESS project - construction of a PV plant with dispatch control and integration according to PPDS PRE The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the supply and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereafter referred to as "PVE") in the form of Design & Build, consisting in obtaining an implementation project documentation in editable form in the required stages of processing in such a quality that enables the proper preparation of the work (hereinafter referred to as "RPD"). All of this consisting in the design of PV solutions, battery storage and PV dispatching control, ensuring their supply, installation and commissioning, including obtaining the necessary opinions, permits, statements or their equivalents necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and further in the proper execution of the work, including the provision of related proceedings, permits and consent opinions, to the extent specified in the Agreement.
