Description:
The subject of performance of the public contract is to conclude a contract for work for the construction entitled: "Belgrade 168/28 - replacement of windows and repair of the facade, establishment of a new elevator, reconstruction of apartments and building a loft installation".
The detailed scope of the building required by the contracting authority is specified in detailin the project and in the list of works and bill of quantities. The delivery of the construction means the complete and perfect implementation of all construction work and constructions, including the supply of the necessary materials necessary for the proper completion of the operational work, as well as to perform all activities related to the supply of construction workand construction, which is necessary for proper completion of the work (eg construction facilities, safety measures, etc.), geodetic focus of the completed construction and the elaboration of the geometric plan for entering the land register and the provision and handover of the project documentation actual executionthe works.
