- The subject of this public contract is the delivery of bed equipment including post-warranty service, transport to the destination, assembly, installation and commissioning of the medical device, professional instruction, free warranty service for 2 years, free preventive inspections (BTK) and metrological verification (within the warranty period), including the issuance of protocols in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, if these controls are prescribed by the manufacturer. If they are in the warranty periodprescribed and other checks, measurements, calibrations or validations will also be carried out free of charge. If the replacement of spare parts, consumables or other "service kit" is recommended as part of the BTK, these parts will also be supplied free of charge.
