Description:
The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of professional technical background - project documentation for the issuance of a building permit and documentation for the execution of the construction (together also as "Documentation") for the construction "Bechyně, building of units-building" with the aim of processing the most advantageous variant of the two-story brick constructionheated buildings with a hipped roof. It is a work-residence building for 144 people. Each floor of the building should be designed for independent functioning within one floor. Each floor must contain offices, changing rooms, social facilities, storage space for storing unit material and a unit classroomy. A cleaning room will be built on each floor. A room will be built on each floor according to the requirements for storing CCI material. Furthermore, the provision of author supervision, the person of the OSH coordinator, is part of the VZ. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the VZ is stated in Article 2 of the Agreement and in Annex No. 1 of the Agreement "Tectechnical specification for the award of the VZ".
