Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction work, related services and supplies, securing and selling the building permit or building permit of the relevant building authority, according to which it is possible to use the completed building in the sense of § 119 paragraph 1 of Act no. 183/2006 Coll., On land use planning and building council, as amended. The work will be performed according to the approved project documentation prepared by ATIP, a.s. The subject of the public contract is the alteration of the completed building (administrative and operational building), demolition of existing buildings (farm building, COV building), new building for accommodation of clients, new building for technical facilities, establishment of paved areas and transport service roads, construction of engineering networks, area networks , landscaping, including fencing of the entire area, D + M equipment for kitchen and laundry operations and execution of geothermal wells for the heat pump.
