Description: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction work, related services and supplies, securing and handing over the building approval or approval final decision of the relevant building authority, according to which it is possible to use the completed building in the sense of § 119 paragraph 1 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll. , on spatial planning and building regulations, as amended. The work will be performed according to the approved project documentation prepared by ATIP, a.s. The subject of the public contract is the change of the completed building (administrative and operational building), demolition of existing buildings (farm building, WWTP building), new building for client accommodation, new building for technical facilities, establishment of paved areas and transport services, construction of utilities, premises lighting , landscaping, including fencing of the entire area, D + M kitchen and laundry equipment and geothermal wells for the heat pump.
