Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction work, related services and supplies, securing and transmitting the approval consent or the contemporary decision of the competent building authority, according to which it is possible to use the completed building within the meaning of Section 119 (1) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll. , on land-use planning and building regulations, as amended. The work will be carried out according to approved project documentation processed by ATIP, A.S. The subject of the public contract is to change the completed building (administrative and operational building), demolition of existing buildings (Economic Object, WWTP building), new building for client accommodation, new building for technical facilities, establishment of paved surfaces and traffic communications, construction of engineering networks, network lighting \ t , Sad modifications including fencing of the entire area, D + M of kitchen and laundry equipment and performing geothermal wells for heat pump.
