Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the focus and processing of the documentation of the existing state, the design of the necessary surveys and the processing of the documentation for the design of the cladding, replacement of openings fillings, remediation of the top design of the Balcony of the Residential House no. 1013-1014, č.p. 1015-1017 street E. Košťal,Pardubice.

Documentation for construction (hereinafter also "DPS") will be carried out in two variants A and B. Variant A includes replacement of the remaining 20% of wooden windows and balcony doors for plastic, 80% of the existing ones were replaced with plastic windows (balcony doors) with double glazing in a time range of 15 years.Variant B will be processed as a replacement of 100% of windows and balcony doors for plastic triple glazing and processing a new energy performance certificate of the building) (hereinafter referred to as "PENB), which will take into account the replacement of all building openings in the apartments to achieve the energy performance that meets the conditionsTo grant a subsidy from the Green Savings program.
