- The subject of the public contract is the completion of the implementation of the action "Battery system of electric energy storage at PČM" (hereinafter referred to as "BSAE" or "construction") according to the technical documents (including project documentation for the selection of the contractor), which form Annex No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). Construction means completion implementation of a complete battery storage with a guaranteed output of min. 4.0 MW (5 MVA) with a guaranteed usable capacity of min. 8 MWh on the contractor's premises.
Part of the subject of performance is also the possible completion of documentation for a specific type of battery system for the accumulation of electrical energy, its discussion and approval by the electricity distributor and processing of documentation of the actual execution.
