TITLE: Basic modernization of IS ares

Description: The subject of the public contract is:
(a) the design of the work consisting in the design, development, delivery and implementation of the modernization of the information system Ares (hereinafter referred to as "IS Ares"),
(b) making changes to the work before it is completed in the range of up to 150 females,
c) providing management and maintenance services (service services) is ares a
d) Providing IS Ares Development Services, the limit of the number of personnies for development services is set at 150 feminid per year, with the possibility of transferring the unused quantities of these personnes to the following calendar year.
The subject of performance is described in detail in the draft contract, which is annexed to 1 ZD (hereinafter referred to as "the draft contract"), in particular Article 3 of the Treaty subject.
The subject of this public contract is not the supply of hardware. Hardware will provide the contracting authority at its own expense. The hardware infrastructure specifications are listed in Annex 1.6 ZD - Infrastructure Services and is binding on suppliers.
