Description: The subject of the competition is the proposal of new buildings of the basic and kindergartens in a significant development site for housing Sadová, including a new central public area and the park, which have the potential to create a new social center with all the necessary amenities. The central public area and the park will be defined by the buildings of the basic and kindergartens as well as other multifunctional objects, which within the design conceptually completely completes the urban composition of new public spaces.
The new park, which is in the design of the Brno territorial plan defined in the urban green area, will replace the existing park, which was approved in 2018 in the participatory budget and subsequently implemented in 2021 as a temporary structure.
