- The subject of the public order is a cold source with a temperature gradient of 6/12C designed for air conditioning cooling. The cold source will be solved as a compressor with a water-cooled condenser. The compressor circuit of the internal cooling unit will be filled with ecological refrigerant R-1234ze. The 6/12C cold source consists of two junit with an output of 2x 246 kW at an outside air temperature of 35C and a cooled condenser water temperature of 52/46C. The total power of the cooling source is 492 kW. In the building's engine room, there will be machinery that enables the production of chilled water for air conditioning. Dry coolers of the condensate cooling circuitru will be located on the landscaped area next to the building. The source of cold will be controlled by a separate control system.
