• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a complex modernization of the heating system, which is an element of the overall energy efficiency of the building and the consumption of energy from non-renewable sources, which will be achieved through an effective MaR system and new heating sources. It will be done vmna boiler room gas technology III. category with connection to the T and gas mains, new electrical installation, installation of water and regulation and flue gas route. This includes construction work in the premises of the boiler room and the adjacent operating room, especially the repair of the trap layer floor and stair treads, replacement of plaster and ceiling (v. repair of reinforced concrete ceiling), intensive interior of the boiler room and operating room (v. its separate m), replacement of two boiler rooms, removal of building rights of English courtyards and restoration of their function (wall plaster a reinforced concrete slab with drilled holes and a pipe with drilled holes). In the main buildings, the thermostatic valves of the heating elements will be replaced (hydraulic presets will be made on all valves).
