- This is the purchase of 1 auxiliary starting source and 2 spare batteries for VU 2120 Pardubice, according to the contract specification in Annex No. 1. In case of technical questions, contact Prap. Vladimira Šubrta, tel. 602 440 458.
The completed draft of the order together with attachment No. 1 must be attached to the price list atwoe to the bidder when submitting an offer! An offer without a duly completed attachment and a draft order signed by the company executive will not be accepted and the applicant will be eliminated.
Include all selling and shipping costs, including shipping, in your total bid price. The price offered will be the price ofthey don't start and don't change. Your offer must also include an extract from the Commercial or Trade Register in PDF format, which must not be older than 90 days from the date of starting the order.
The order is always taken as a whole, your offer must include all items from the Specification (Appendix 1), if notthe delivery of even a single item is considered incomplete and the applicant will be eliminated.
Deliver the goods to VU 2120 Pardubice, Semtin No. 188, 530 02 Pardubice on working days during Mon-Thurs 7:00-14:00, Fri 7: 00-12:00. Announce the delivery date by phone in advance. Shipping is at the seller's expense. If the term of performancefalls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the following working day is considered the latest delivery date.
The tenderer is obliged to deliver to the contracting authority new goods, not yet used, corresponding to the valid technical, safety and hygiene standards and regulations of the manufacturer, with the necessary documents from the manufactureralso to take over and use the goods in the Czech language. Without this documentation, it will not be possible to take over the goods. Automatic way of evaluation of bids through NEN. The lowest bid will win if the tender conditions are met
In case of matching bids, the public contract will be canceled and re-announced.
Appendix No. 1- Specificontract. This attachment is part of the order.
Place the completed attachment No. 1 in your offer.
